6 hours teaching (7 Hour day to include breaks).
Managing emotions and conflict can be the deciding factor between a cooperative workforce and a chaotic one. The first part of our Emotional Resilience & Conflict Management course will empower participants to better manage their emotions and reinforce them against negative emotional influences in the workplace. The second part will focus on the skill of conflict management, including how conflict can be avoided, resolved or effectively handled in its aftermath.
To understand the different emotions and emotional triggers that might occur in the workplace.
To recognise the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that influence our emotions.
To recognise current reactions to emotional situations and identify how these reactions can be expressed in an emotionally healthier way.
To be aware of available tools and strategies that can assist in the management of emotions.
To respond to workplace conflicts in a safe and effective way.
To identify risks that might increase prevalence of workplace conflicts and what can be done to minimise these risks.
To effectively record instances of workplace conflict and debrief everyone involved.
