Stress is an inevitable part of life, and while there’s no magical solution to make it vanish, our Stress Management & Workplace Assertiveness course is designed to give participants everything they need to minimise their own stress and conduct themselves with confidence in the workplace.
To understand the triggers and physiological effects of stress on the body.
To identify healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms of stress.
To encourage discussions around stress and implementations of stress-relieving strategies in the workplace.
To recognise different ways that we can safeguard ourselves and others from the negative impacts of stress.
To improve assertiveness in the workplace.
To identify ways in which assertiveness can be communicated through verbal speech and non-verbal body language.
